Launched by the association Tounes Lina, elBaladiya.tn is a platform designed for participatory governance and intelligent administrative management. It offers a user-friendly interface that allows residents to stay informed about municipal news, submit complaints and requests, and engage in the upkeep and maintenance of their communities, among other features.

Currently operational in over 100 municipalities across Tunisia, the platform is poised for expansion into additional areas. Developed by volunteers from Tounes Lina, elBaladiya.tn remains politically neutral. It is important to note that the platform does not represent the state or government but serves as a modern communication tool connecting citizens with municipal authorities.
